Overview
All product is handcrafted and available on a first-come, first-served basis. When placing any custom order, I will reach out to you, based on your preferred contact method, to gather additional information about your vision and provide an official cost and completion timeline. Once orders are started, they can take up to a month to complete. Please be patient with me as I am one person, and this is not my full-time job. Thank you for your understanding, and look forward to working with you.
Refunds
All Sales are Final, and no refunds will be issued as all product is custom-made to order.
Shipping returns
shipped orders the full amount of the piece will be due at the time the order is placed. Once the piece is completed, the shipping cost will be calculated and billed. Once I receive that cost, I’ll ship your item!
No Item will be shipped until the postal fee is paid for after the product is completed. No exceptions will be made under any circumstances.
